Extreme Manpower Ltd, a Bhubaneswar, Odisha based local company started an online food delivery platform called Order2 in November, 2020. They asked to come for interview me in December 2020 and after the interview, I joined the company as a UI Developer. But this company has not paid me my pending 2 months salaries. This company is organised by a group of financial frauds. The main masterminds are Manoj Dalai and Tejas Parekh who work there as Managing Director and HR Head respectively. They gave me a bank cheque with a fraction of the first month salary mentioned on it but the cheque was bounced by the bank and Rs 300 was deducted from my savings bank account for their insufficient balance less than the amount written. I need my salary from them but they don’t pick up my phone calls. When they receive my call they use to blackmail me with filthy words.
