Hello Sir/ Madam.
I tried to book zoomcar from their application on 8 th April and 9 th April.
Money debited and booking confirmation not happened.
There it mentioned 4-7 days.
But it’s more then 2 months.
The amount debited is 2880,2880 and 2380.
This much amount debited and not confirmed.
I tried so many times to contact them.
I didn’t get mobile contact number or customer support.
contacted my bank today. They said all transactions credited to merchant account on April 15 th.
I am attaching all references I’d of all the three transactions along with merchant transaction I’d.
