I booked car on the zoomcar app and paid ₹8500 in advance. My pickup was on the 31st dec 2022. 15min before the pickup time they cancelled my booking without any prior notice. The customer care lady says that the host cancelled it because they had some new year plan and I can book a different car, but, there were no cars available. Now they’re not picking up the call and there’s no way to get the refund also
