I am a vegetarian.
And zomato delivered me non-veg shawarma.
The delivery guy apologized and genuinely couldn’t help.
Zomato helps me by giving me a Promo code with an expiry date? Moreover the amount is less than what i paid for!
It feels really unfair. I am really frustrated and i feel helpless as you can never reach zomato on call.
All the mails auto generated response says wait for 72 hours.
This is highly unprofessional. I will never order from zomato again.
