Text of Complaint by Mohammad Haneef:

I topped up the Zomato wallet from my bank account, but am unable to use the funds for my orders. It just keeps asking for other payment channels. I have contacted the call center multiple times and have sent many emails, but nobody helps. I am a 70 year old and am being troubled by this. Need help urgently to get my money transferred back to my account. I don`t trust Zomato now.
