My name is Avijit. Currently I am working at (Burdwan) Zomato about 1year. Burdwan district Team leader @ujjal @goutam @manish @sourav who actually not working , always switch off his phone number and also company number not pick the call. When we are emergency situation not help from their. They actually behaviour is rude.
Recently they launched the gig slot system .book time 3.45 pm. We some delivery boy book the slot full booy.but some are only night slot.when I received the order they show the money and then I delivery give the money not actually same. Shown money is high but after delivery given is low.
When we told that matter the TL said we paid high amount. A month (feb-22) ago our delivery system is full different.
We delivery partner of Burdwan district . Please reversible (previous) the system. Action against Burdwan district Team leader.
