- I have ordered chicken biryani in Zomato and waited for 1hr, but I have been informed like your order was canceled as your mobile no was not reachable.But the actual thing is I didn’t receive any calls from Zomato delivery boy as they said.As per my understanding delivery boy deliberately mislead to Zomato team to cancel my order as while booking of it I didn’t add any tips so the reason delivery boy deliberately mislead to Zomato team to cancel my order.I have ever seen like this type of third graded booking app.One more thing Zomato doesn’t have any call support and they don’t know how to deal with a customer problem.My humble request you all guys don’t book any items on Zomato otherwise you will also face same bitter experience with zamoto like me..Finally, they didn’t give my money and their delivery boy also has scolded me for asking for my money
