Text of Complaint by Chirayu Agrawal:

I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese from Culinary Tales on Zomato.

What I got can best be described as dry tasteless hot dough with the chicken pieces having the look/texture of rubber.

Also, please note that the said restaurant is rated 4.7 on their platform and the dish costed 400 rupees.

I requested for a replacement but Zomato refused that and the restaurant had the audacity to suggest that I come to their establishment to pick it up.

As the replacement was refused, I requested for a refund by mailing their support.

After sending six emails (and chatting with their support on the app), I’ve concluded that these people are just trained by Zomato to throw canned responses at you one after the other without addressing the issue or answering any questions in a coherent straightforward manner.

Please help me in dealing with this dishonourable establishment.
