I ordered food from zomato in 29 September 2019 after some time when i checked my tracking order , it’s showing canceled, according to the zomato wallet called me but because of network issues i didn’t get any call and when i was calling his phone was ge busy. After some time i again called him and he said my order has been canceled call to the company for further support. Thrn I chat with the zomato executive he said because i don’t respond the call of zomato wallet that’s why your order has been canceled and the whole payment is converted into penalty . I don’t understand if the phone network was not working i haven’t received any call then how can be company canceled my order and change my amount into penalty
