Hello,
I had ordered food from Zomato early this morning. When Zomato wallet tried to call me , which they say as their policy , i was in washroom. I called back in 5 minutes after his call but Zomato team cancelled my order till then saying it is their policy. I had already paid for this order , i dint get any refund and neither the food which i paid for and niw they are charging me cancellation charges, when i never cancelled. And there customer service have that much audacity to tell me that it is their policy , and you will not get your that food neither your money and also you will get same reply wherever you contact in Zomato.
