Hello,

I placed an order with Zomato for Chicken kabab and Kshatriya kabab from Banashankari Donne Biryani.

I received the delivery and was shocked to see the packet had bones where the chicken has been eaten off by someone else.  How disgusting is this?

I raised a complaint through chat on the Zomato app and I received a pathetic response from them saying they will take action against the restaurant and refused to refund my money.

I wasted almost an hour with their executives on chat but they were not bothered to refund me.

This is a serious issue of quality and me paying Rs. 140 for bones of pieces eaten by someone else..

This would have caused damaging health hazards if the bones were infected.

Zomato is absolutely pathetic and unhelpful.

 

Please help in getting justice for me. I just want my money back as I refuse to pay for used bones.
