I’d order few items from the THE FEAST KITCHEN restaurant through Zomato on June 20, 2019 wherein Gulab Jamun (2 pieces) were missing from the order and payment was already mail online for the same.
Soon after the check, I forwarded the concern to the Chat Support (only option available) about it and it was responsed that equivalent Amt (₹70) will be given back as Z Credit to be used ahead.
Now that I didn’t receive it in next 48 hrs as promised I went back again to support wherein they asked me to mail it to order@zomato.com which I did the next day.
Since then there’s been no resolution to the raised concern and now they have started saying it’s not in their hands. Where to go now?
