I have ordered from KFC (order no – 5567779109) through Zomato on 10 Feb 2024. The order was placed at 8:11 pm and order was cancelled at 8:46 pm by Zomato since the restaurant partner wasn’t responsive(past the delivery promise time) without providing any monetary value or coupon amount. Today it’s 4 mar, from last two weeks I have mailed multiple times both Zomato and bank customer care. Bank customer care is asking for refund reference no confirmation mail from Zomato. Zomato isn’t providing me with the information of refund reference no. I’ve still not received refund.
