I was told that I will be receiving refund but neither I received a message nor have I received a refund. I have reached to executives multiple time but still haven’t received any refund. I made a payment through simpl app and when I raised a ticket with simpl they told me that Zomato has denied my refund. I even wrote an email to them but they told me the same thing that my refund has been initiated.
