Text of Complaint by Hemant Verma:

Today is 13 July 2023 I had ordered A cake on 29 June which was of ₹155.63. I paid the amount through UPI the money was debited from my account but the order was cancelled by the cafe and message came that my money will be refunded in my bank account on 29 june. In the app zomato it is showing that refund has been completed but I have not received any amount in my bank account till now.
