Text of Complaint by Yashika:

I ordered food from zomato and paid through paytm,
A few moments laters delievery boy called me and informed that he will not be able to deliver the food at given address.
Zomato denied returning the money by giving false statement that i wanted to change the location.
I wrote the exact location where i wanted the food to be delivered and never asked them to change the location.
