i have ordered 2nd time and frusted,
food (chicken chilli) on 25-01-20 from one of the zomato listed restaurant, through zomato app. the restaurant name is Barbecue live, the quality of food was utter waste, chicken was not fresh and gravy is dry.I raised the request with zomato support, instead of helping they just started convincing me by saying sorry.
I requested them to refund the amount or place the order again or give alternative. Neither i got the order not even my amount.
I have attached food quality picture.
Please refund my amount or place the order again eitherwise I complaint consumer court against quality food problem.
