I had ordered 2 numbers of Coriander Fried Rice on 4th June through Zomato, but received 2 chicken dishes instead. Got in touch with the live chat support ASAP and they asked to write to order@zomato.com. Did the same with the pictures of the bill and the food received, but got a reply after 2 days saying everything was correct and hence no refund. We are strict vegetarians and this kind of callous attitude is completely unacceptable. We had to throw away the non-veg food and the family of 6 had to manage with the rest of the order.
