Text of Complaint by Praveen Sharma:

I order food for me and my family from Zomato app at 21:27 Hrs. The confirmation for the reciept of order was provided to me by the app too. I had made a payment of nine hundred and change through interested banking too.

After paying for the order I tried to call the restaurant, but the number provided in the app was not reachable. I tried to contact the Zomato help in the app itself but there was no reply from anyone.

I tried to call the delivery boy assigned to me to know if he has picked up my order, but he said that the order was not received by the merchant and therefore he is refusing to give it.

After 2300 hrs an employee from Zomato calls and says that my order has been cancelled and refund will be given to me, which at the time of writing this complaint was not received by me.

On asking if any other arrangements can be made to provide food. He reply that I need to order again. At 2300 hrs all the restaurants were closed and hence he said that he is unable to do anything and I should make other arrangements of my own.

Why should I sleep without eating for their mistakes.
