Dear sir,
Order was on dated 15th July order ID 5013079136. Received call from your side and it was promised to take action against delivery boy and refund of the amount paid but still I have not received any kind of update regarding action taken against delivery boy not even I got the refund
It seems that you don’t believe on your customers and just believe on your delivery partner or delivery boy. After ordering and waiting for long time despite of so many calls delivery boy did not pick up our call and finally he has blocked our number.
I have ordered more than 100 times on Zomato and it is my first complain regarding non delivery.
If I am saying that item was not delivered that means not delivered, being a valuable customer, I must need a compensation and refund and also to take strict actions against delivery boy.
After sharing this matter to social media, I received call from your side and was promised that refund will be initiated and action will be taken against delivery boy and the same will be updated to me. But that is still pending.
I have no other way remaining to go to higher authorities or Jila Upbhokta Munch. kindly reward back to my registered number as soon as possible.
