my paid order for 266 Rs was not delivered to me on basis of address mismatch due to malfunctioned location system of Zomato.
i ordered from my registered number 9891503556 to my house address as per my adhar card however Zomato denied delivering to my address just to fulfill there so called initiative of feed the needy. Delivery boy stated location was different from my ordering location and Zomato customer service executive calling from +91 124-6850400 which i feel suspicious as he totally denied that he is from Zomato and is from team of delivering partners. This guy over the call with delivery boy said “ sir please confirm if you could deliver to actual location” to which he denied. Zomato changed status to order rejected and stated my money could not be refunded ridiculously stating reasons for this as delivery location issue.post this chased there chat for about 20 mins and tried calling there customer care +91 11-30806376 but no one responded. Request you to look at this urgently.
