Image Uploaded by Drashti Patel:I’d placed an order bearing the number 1080182299 for which I had already paid using my card. I received a call from the resultant saying they cannot deliver my order hence it got cancelled. I did not receive it and yet it still shows as delivered on my zomato page. As soon as I received the call from the restaurant saying they could not deliver my order, I went ahead and messaged on the help chat in the Zomato app to register my complaint. Initially they said they would try to resolve my problem, then later on they said they can’t offer refunds for dominos delivery. I have paid to zomato then shouldn’t zomato be be one to refund my money.
