Dear Team,
Call on behalf of my aunt Mrs. Bharti mobile no 9819655619 she is a senior citizen, yesterday while online mobile recharge of 100 RS by mistake the 1000 rs. recharge done. We have called the customer care 5 times initially they said to call from the same no, when we called from the same no they said there system is under maintenance and call after 2 hours other one said call after 4 hours. Today morning when I called they refused to register a complaint.
This is very discouraging behavior from customer care.
I want you to register a complaint that either 900 RS money to be returned or the validity of recharge to be increased to 1 year. The detail of transaction is as below

Kindly help us ,and also customer care non corporation regarding not registering the complaint should also be addressed.
