I made an order from Pizza Hut ITPL Main Road on 05.06.2022 at around 8:30 pm. My order was a prepaid order. The Zomato delivery guy was so rude, he didn’t deliver the order to my location. Moreover he cancelled my order and said he has returned it back to Pizza Hut. I went to Pizza Hut to collect my order and they confirmed that my order has not been returned. So basically my order has been stolen by the delivery guy himself. When I called him, his behaviour was so rude he said that he has thrown away the order. He was basically misleading me all this time. This is a crime. My elderly parents and other family members have been waiting for around an hour for the food to arrive. It’s a waste of both time and money. I need Zomato to look into this matter and take an action for the harassment that I have faced as a customer. I need my money refunded.
