Text of Complaint by Rishav Agarwal:

Today I have ordered 2 veg chowmin from haldiram prabhuji through zomato app, order id 1349775473, at 6.10 pm and paid for it via debit card, than after half an hour I get call from zomato delivery boy, he said i am in delivery location but than I get to know that he have gone somewhere else, than I asked him to deliver in my zomato registered address, but he refused to do so, than I chat to zomato executive, they said we are contacting to delivery boy, but delivery boy is not picking the phone, than zomato executive call me and said our delivery boy come to the location according to our app navigation and if you want to take order you can come from your home to this different address which is 3 km away from the address which I have mentioned while placing order, than zomato cancelled my order, and told me that they won’t provide me any refund for this, I loss 90 rupees, I don’t get my food, I don’t get my refund from zomato
