Text of Complaint by Isha Bali:

  1. First, the order processed normally.
  2. The rider was not able to find the location, he said he is new to the job.
  3. I instructed him step-wise that where to come.
  4. After some time I called him, he said he is waiting for the order to get cancelled so he doesn’t face any consequences.
  5. I again requested him to deliver the order cause it had been one hour.
  6. I got the call from the customer executive he said the delivery guy is not able to contact me so he is going to put us on conference and he disconnected the call.
  7. After that neither the rider was picking up the call nor Zomato called me
  8. I reached Zomato chat service, they came up with “Sorry” resolution and looted my money that I paid from my bank account and said they have added it into their Z wallet.
  9. For using this money, I will have to use there service again which I am fed up of.
  10. I got another call after around 45 minutes from Zomato.
  11. The executive said the order will be delivered and without even listening or asking anything added the money to Z wallet.
  12. In chat support also no resolution came up.
  13. They were saying sorry repeatedly
  14. But did not provide anything
  15. So at the end I never got my order and they have got my solid money and have given me their Z wallet money.

  17. I am also attaching call records of driver as well as of Zomato.
