I had ordered 2 jumbo kalmi kabab, 2 rumali roti and 2 butter naan through Zomato. But received partial order only, like instead 2 jumbo klami kabab only on small kabab and only butter naan was delivered. No rumali was there, when I try to connect with customer service, they made me wait for more than one hour they replied there is amount of apology for trouble caused, Our efforts will only be emphasized on providing you better experience next time. This kind of reply and more than an hour.
