I ordered 2 items,
Wished to know about one item whether it was veg or non veg….but it was not mentioned in menu….
I tried calling the shop, it was found busy for 10-15 minutes…
I wished to cancel/modify one item only….but there was not option…….I found from google that both items were non veg…Zomato chat did not help…..Therefore, I wished to cancel both items to reorder afresh. But no refund was paid, even when their valet did not collect the food from shop.
I went to shop, to personally talk and collect the food items…they told items have been collected for delivery….they tried calling their valet, but he did not reply…..
Shop was ready to give me the food from valet….
Zomato/Shop could have redirected him for delivery, but they did not.
This case clearly shows lack of services from both Zomato and shop!
Do you think customer wished you to just pay by cancelling the order?
Zomato approach is callous by not offering the refund as well as food….even no contact works for shop. Why do not Zomato check their number and menu in detail?
If you feel that its a case of lack of services being offered by Zomato….
