Please note I had ordered food through your delivery partner on 17.01.2023, for my sons birthday, however the order that was placed at 6.25 pm the same was delivered at 9 pm when the party was over and I had to face humiliation and mental trauma infront of my guest. My 7 yr son also faced mental trauma as his friends could not enjoy the party. I had to in the middle of the party go and incur extra cost and again get food from outside.
This incident has caused a lot of mental and financial harassment for me and my family. I want to get the full refund else I wall escalate the matter to all forum. This is undesirable .
I have already registered with Consumer forum as my mails are not answered and neither my refund is processed, I want refund of the entire amount.
I have faced financial as well as emotional loss
