My food Order was cancelled and Money was not refunded. The delivery guy was rude and he speaks only hindi, he is not able to understand any other language. though i was guiding him the route, as he was not aware of route he had cancelled the order, after cancelling the order he had blocked my number. and got a message from zomato something wend wrong and place new order & money was not refunded.
There is no customer care numbers are available from zomato portal to log a complaint, the numbers available from the internet, none are active and reachable.
