I have ordered from zomato , vendor accepted order then they rejected it due to my phone is not reachable , but I have d plenty of calls that time , n the delivery guy is also didn’t have common sense to knock the door and ask ,
At this time I have to sleep with empty stomach , my money won’t be refunded for that, it’s my hard earned, extremely unfair,Excluding this I have tried customer support for 15 mins as its showing waiting time 1 mins it’s not responding till now ,
It happened twice with me ,Kindly process refund for the order ,
