I have ordered food from KFC through Zomato, I have to add some more items in the list but not found anything to update an existing order so I had cancel the order within 2 minutes. But Zomato team will deduct full amount from my Paytm wallet. Immediately I had raise my concern to Zomato chat support team to re-activate the same cancel order, they told me the order is under cancellation and the system does not allow me to initiate refund so please drop a mail to “order@zomato.com” they will help you to get refund back (I have all chat evidence). I had written multiple emails to the Zomato support team but they are not ready to refund money.
