I placed an order on 17th Aug. around 7.11 pm at DB’s kitchen for chicken noodles due to some technical error the order not showing after that it got cancelled and amount Rs 140 has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Later I call to DB’s kitchen (at 7.15 approx) and they confirmed “this order with DB’s kitchen was declined”. And this is clearly mention on my online order summary. At that same time I communicated to zomato executive they assured me that the amount will be refund back to your wallet it will take 24 to 48 hours. Later on 19th August I was raised complaint order@zomato.com. ticket ID for the reference is 1195050. Again I contact to zomato chat support executive for refund status. They told me some different story “The order was cancelled from your side”. Now while I contact zomato they told me it will take 7-8 days.Before that they confirm it will take 24 to 48 hours. Each time they convey fake commitment. Payment done thru paytm wallet transaction ID 25958312480
