Text of Complaint by Shazia:

I placed the order from royal Cafe royal Inn, was tracking the same, my father was standing out to collect the food, I had even tried to call the delivery boy but couldn’t then had sent msgs to the delivery person and zomato whtsapp but no response. Father saw him standing on someone else’s gate and smelling and peeping in the food, father asked him to give the food but he denied and went, when the order was prepaid and food was our then how can he refuse and zomato is not refunding money , I ..my kid….parents were hungry…was getting late night…since then it 8th June…I am complaining but of no useful results…..zomato is not refunding money….I am cheated
