I ordered food from Sandwich 2 Phoha restaurant on July 19. Order contains 2 packet of Rasmalai and 3 packet of Dhokla. I didn’t get 1 packet which has 5 piece of Rasmalai. I immediately complain to the restaurant and also sent mail to zomato. I also did complain via zomato app. When I talked to Restaurant person over call, they said they will refund me for not delivered item via zomato app but i will need to make complain in Zomato. Restaurant person said they don’t have direct option to refund. Now zomato is refusing me to refund. I also have the full conversation recorded in my mobile with Restaurant person. Kindly help.
