Text of Complaint by Sanket:

I ordered gift packs on rakshabandhan from ‘Zomato’.
The gift box were of very bad quality
I asked zomato to return the product and i will order something else for the amounts.
Zomato said they cant return but they will do a complete refund for the order.
Zomato said i will receive the refund in next billing cycle, i waited 1 month but I didn’t receive the refund
I raised a complaint that to Zomato that i haven’t revived the refund, they said they have initiated the refund again and again in the next billing cycle you will receive the refund.
I again waited another month but still not received anything.
Now i have mailed zomato many times on this, and after many emails they are replying that they won’t initiate the refund.

They are treating me as a fool.
