Text of Complaint by Anonymous:

I ordered 3 items, two of them are correct and for the one that is a wrong item they are denying refund and not even replying anymore. I have tried in-app, emails, and Twitter. No help. I have call recording with the restaurant they said Zomato has charged them already for this complaint, but they are not giving me the refund they are keeping the money (if the restaurant owner is not lying).
