Text of Complaint by Ayushi:

Today I placed an order. The resturant accepted that and after waiting for more than 30 mins the delivery guy called me and said that he cant deliver it to my address as it was not showing in his navigation system.

I had discussion with customer care also they told me that its not showing in the navigation system and it was my fault as I didn’t verified the address.

I told them that this is my address and I have placed many orders before as well then how come its my fault, after that they disconnected my call and cancelled the order without even asking me.

Then I ping the customer care through app regarding my refund and they told me it will not be refunded as it is my fault.

How come its my fault I m not understanding this thing. Then I told them its the worst customer service I have ever received and their response was “Okay!!”.

Its really very sad that you are in customer service business and you dont know how to behave with your customers.

I uninstalled the app immediately and I am never going to use it. But I want my money back.
