I order from Kfc on 08/9/2021 from Zomato2224419620(order ID) and I’ve checked and the order said delivered 4 minutes early but I haven’t received any order and i have also paid for this, I tried calling the delivery agent and it was switched and i couldn’t find him anywhere close. I’ve written the same to the Zomato help and they say it that the order has been delivered and that the delivery agent has confirmed. However, his number is still switched off and they are not ready to give back my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and stressful
