I have ordered a roll from fados using Zomato app. I placed the order at around 12 am and the order was accepted. It said that they will deliver the order in 1 hour. After waiting for 1 hour i have contacted Zomato and I was assured that it will be delivered in 10 minutes. This was at 1 am. Then at 2.30 am I got a message stating that my order is delivered. I’ve contacted Zomato they couldn’t contact the delivery person and processed a refund. I couldn’t order food from another place since Zomato asked me to wait and it cause me lot of trouble. How can this be justified? Please advise
