Hello sir,
I tried ordering grocery from zomato on 18th may(order number 1291081338), The transaction(UPI 010910125563) failed but the amount of 328.25 got debited from my account.
On checking with kotak bank(source bank) they mentioned the amount is credited to zomato successfully.
On contacting zomato support, they keep replying they have initiated the refund and it will take 3-4 days, after 3-4 days next support executive says zomato didnt haven’t received the amount so refund failed and asks for the bank statement snap shot as proof for debit. I provided them all the details , screen shots of bank statment till date and still they are not giving any refund and no proper response.
