Text of Complaint by Vinamra Khamkar:

Have tried to reach to ZOMATO multiple time on customer service but the have no solution and asked to mail to order@zomato , even after multiple mails and escalation of issue order@zomato not replying and then i included grievance@zomato so that might be it will help but they also replied once to wait for 48-72hrs and later on they also not replying. Now am helpless as i have no-one to escalate nor contact on issue, this is pathetic to struggle for the tax invoice what we have paid. Also there is no way to approach or complaint on zomato .
I believe i have full rights to have GST invoice of what i have paid .
