Text of Complaint by Neeraj gupta:

I ordered a full.plate of fried rice from the Brahm restaurant (Naraina , new delhi). The restaurant marked it as ORDER ON ITS WAY. But the delivery boy was taking long as usual so i called him and asked him about the delay. He said that he has been assigned multiple orders and he will be delivering the food in next 15min. Now as soon as i cut the call , it was shown that the ORDER IS DELIVERED. I have not received it yet. This is whats happening and it needs to be dealt wih.
