Text of Complaint by Arun Iyer:

Hi,

I place food orders always with zomato and when I have an issue, I used to chat with them.

This time when I had an issue, they asked me to send an email to order@zomato.com, which I did and I received an automated response that it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, which hasn’t happened so and neither I received a refund. I want to sue both the restaurant and Zomato for being helpless.

Please do the needful.
