Hello team ,
I have been ordering from Zomato long back. Initially they were charging small small unnecessary amounts for delivery and food but now they are doing it on large scale. Examples :-
1. I have got stale and raw food many times and Zomato has not taken any action over it only giving bot and automated replies.
2. My order gets delayed many times and they give automated replies and did not provide the resolution and charged for delivery unnecessarily.
I want to lodge an official complaint against Zomato for charging unnecessary for the service they provide from the customers like me.
