I ordered burger from burger club which cost me 109 rs after 1 hr when i called customer representative he says delivery boys vehicle tyre is flat we will arrange you alternate meal .i rreplied but no response from there side after again and again responding from my side they finally listened after another 1 hr and iniated my refund and added equal credits now i placed fresh order which got delivered after 35 min .
On the day of holi i placed order on zomato from behrouz biryani my amount got deducted it was showing higher waiting time due to holi i agreed to after 1 hr i tried calling restaurant it was unresponsive then i had to chat with zomato representative but they too was unresponsive i tried and tried but 1 hr passed and no response .i was dying of hunger and i placed another order from bikkagne biryani but it was also same .my money also wasted no resolution nothing.its a fraud company totally.
My view is why the hell they opened their platform on holi when they cant serve customers .
Please do something i want to sue them in court now
