This order was placed today, and the projected delivery time was before 9 p.m. Because it was late, I contacted Customer Service, who assured me that it would arrive by 9 p.m. or he would cancel and refund my money. Well, it never arrived, so I cancelled it and have yet to receive a refund.
They provide a poor service. There appears to be a decent scam going on out here. There is currently no method to contact CS. I lost 480rs in an hour because the delivery person refused to come. This is not going to happen to me. Why should I be the one to pay the price if their delivery guy is late and refuses to come? Additionally, Cs executive who promised to refund but failed. I demand my money. They should be ashamed.
