I Dhruv harsh ordered from La Pinoz mobile was with my driver he didn’t knew i ordered after he picked the call and said no not my order but i was still connected with the driver on chat
My mother went he talked to delivery partner and at that time delivery partner started the bike and rushed from front of her.

I was working this time I’ve been on my phone for last 2hours no work

It was my sister’s birthday i had to send her something so just thought of this and now the birthday already ruined without a present .

My mother was standing on a main road who saw a person running from her when was talking is this acceptable?

On top of that two of your representative just to make sure they don’t have to try for the way out they just gave me the BOT answers and disconnected the chat .
SUKHVEER AND MIZNA. Are the two names.
After having a solution from mizna that i order is with la pinoz you can talk to them and take it from there. And then la Pinoz told me Zomato kept your money they didnt give us the money and not even the order to the customer .

After all this blunder another representative tells me that thank you for your feedback we will improve our services.
So did i pay you ₹500+ to improve zomatos services .

I connected to 5 representatives who said supervisor calling you in 4 hours, 15 mints now but got no call
I have been waiting for last 8 hours .
Please look into the matter
