Zomato is a fraud company and I had horrendous experience with them as I placed order with them and made the payment but soon I realised that my order was wrong so I wanted to make changes and for that I cancelled the existing order thinking that they will refund my money and by using that same amount I will place another order but they have looted my money hence neither I got food nor I got my money and they are now refusing to help me even. Their customer support executives are biggest fool as they can only sympathize with you but will not help you at all
