I have a coupon in Zomato which I didn’t redeem it but in the application it shows I’ve used it and when I contacted the customer care they say I used it. I have proofs regarding that the coupon was not used by me. When I ask them for proof they say they are sorry for the mistake and it won’t repeat again. They just cheat people and do fraud.
